"Arrived at the hotel 10 mins before check in time and was told we had to pay £10 or wait.The girl on the reception then explained we had not been allocated a room as the people on night shift hadn't done it. No clue why she needed to tell us this... We waited 10 mins and when we checked in the receptionist then advised us to let her know if she had left anything out when getting our room ready...
