"The hotel is pretty dated. Room really small, little beach, and every morning they scrap the bottom of the beach to prevent sea grass is bad because it distorts the environment. I would not recommend that hotel. I only stayed for 1 night in my flight back and it ended the high note I had with my spectacular 5 days in Punta Cocos in Isla Holbox."

"Location is great, didn’t have a problem with communication staff answering the phone when I was lost trying to find the building. I think the only thing that was bothering was the name of this condo/motel. Nothing on the buildings or side of the street that had a name, I had to call a couple of times just trying to find the name. Rooms reasonable for the amount and location good for grabbing something quick to eat or buy. Staff answered every time I called. AC worked, had a small fridge that...
