"We arrived two hours early and even though the hotel seemed almost empty wouldn't check us in The same thing for breakfast. We showed up 5 minutes early and couldn't get a cup of coffee. The hotel seemed to be mostly empty as we never saw more than one group at any one time and usually ate breakfast in the room by ourselves or with one other couple. The hote was great but the staff were inflexible."
