"Place is a work in progress, seemingly nearing completion. Overall great stay, and really enjoyed the space. Lots of great dining choices near by and shopping as well. Staff was very friendly and I highly recommend Stay 7 Studio"

"The door doesnt open, you literally have to use your shoulder/body as a batteram. The tv didnt turn on asked for help, no help provided. The sheets had stains. Glad I bring my own. One bed had screws sticking out of it. The bathroom door didnt close. The bathtub was peeling and had missing tilefrom the wall of it. The microwave was dated and smelled. The small fridge took forever to cool as it wasnt on when we arrived. Parking was madness. Check in and out was easy peasy. Thats the highlight. Lol. I would have moved hotels but being that there was a big baseball game in town everything was sold out. "

"The building looks beautiful but that’s how they get you. There literally was a meth pipe on the ground. Rooms are very dated and run down. You literally have to wake up the front desk staff the the phone they have there. "

"Loved it here kitchen fully equipped also had seasonings in there that was a big help I would recommend if u have toddlers bring baby gates an there blankets for the play pen was very clean only thing was tricky is the back door lock it gets stuck when unlocking an locking perfect place for home away from home thank you to our host was very helpful "

"The house was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant trip. Our host was helpful and quick with response. Place wasn't far from anywhere we visited! "

"The pool was in disarray and unusable. The amenities were worn and lacking. From basic pots and pans to the towels and linens, to light fixtures that did not work, it was spartan at best. While the place is small, it has real potential but needs basic updating. "

"First I would like to say that I didn’t even get to stay here and was given a full refund by VRBO. I arrived at the property, couldn’t find the unit, reached out to the property manager with no reply, this was starting around 6pm after I had been driving all day. I finally found the unit but I was never given a code for the door, again reached out to property manager, nothing. This continues for over 3 hours with me and VRBO customer service trying to get ahold of him and again, nothing. I sat in the parking lot of the unit for over 4 hours working with VRBO trying to find another place to stay at 10pm at night. I would not recommend this property to anyone, not just due to communication, but the surrounding area is less than savoring, and there was like 20 stray cats around the property."

"Really fun house with plenty of space and easy to access in a nice neighborhood. Perfect, especially if you're in Glendale for a sporting event or major gathering. Very family-friendly...the Pac-Man arcade in the living room was a hit!! Communication with renter was fantastic. Immediate. Very impressed with the experience."
