"This property has a wonderfully open lounge area with a great breakfast. The front desk staff was so helpful as our planes were delayed We had a lovely roll in shower bedrooom."

"There was some kind of maintenance issue that caused check-in to be delayed for an hour or more for several parties, including me. No specifics were given nor was any approximate time for when our rooms would be ready. The front desk clerk did her best to compensate for the delay by giving parties free parking. I did not drive, so the best she could do was to offer a discount on a future stay. "
