"This property is located in a clean, beautiful, and walkable area of Roma Norte. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay again. My family of four really enjoyed the gym, playroom, and beautiful terrace."

"En general tuve una buena estancia. El hotel está muy bien ubicado en pleno Centro Histórico, cerca del metro y a poca distancia caminando de muchos lugares de interés. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, y el hotel en general se encuentra en buenas condiciones. Como punto a considerar, si te toca una habitación con vista a la calle puede ser un poco ruidosa, especialmente por la noche. También me pareció poco práctico que el secador de cabello no esté disponible en la habitación y haya que solicitarlo o ir por él a recepción. Fuera de esos detalles, me pareció una buena opción por su ubicación, limpieza y relación calidad-precio. Lo recomendaría para quienes buscan hospedarse en una zona céntrica de CDMX."

"I love Mexico City but never had an experience like staying at the Gran Hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful, view to the Zocalo is beyond beautiful, the whole experience transport you to colonial Mexico. Location is great close to museums and other attractions, restaurant Terraza has great food options."
