"The hotel is very clearly outdated and not well maintained. The name on the hotel doesn’t even match the booking name. That being said, the room was very clean and we had all the necessary amenities for our short stay while on layover in Toronto. For the price, you get what you pay for and it was fair."

"We used this hotel as a stopover between flights, the free shuttle transport was good, although it is shared with the Crown Plaza and we missed the first bus because of this, there is also another bus to Hyatt Place, but this is a different hotel. On arrival the staff were very friendly, check in was easy, the room very clean & comfortable. There is a restaurant at the hotel, which is convenient and reasonably priced, overall a great stopover hotel"

"Great staff, the receptionist on at the time was very accommodating and kind. Some of the rooms here are isolated, which made me uncomfortable. Thankfully the front desk clerk upgraded us to a better room. overall i’d give this place a 10/10 for staff but unfortunately about a 4/10 for the location and rooms"
