Open concept living, offering sliding glass doors across the entire back of the home allowing you to take in the sparkling view and offers easy access to the heated pool and hot tub. Grab a kayak and head out from the private dock for a wonderful adventure on the River to Nantucket Sound, make sure to stop at Long Beach! Central air, free WiFi, outdoor shower – sleeps 8.

Welcome to Bay Breeze, a luxury vacation home with exceptional furnishings and beautiful interior design that sets the space for a truly one of a kind vacation. As you enter through the front door you will be delighted with the open concept living offering : a spacious great room with plenty of seating, a gas fireplace and game table. Gather all together and enjoy a family meal at the large dining table - or grab a quick bite at the extra long breakfast bar with exclusive marble top ,which comfortably seats 4. The chef's kitchen with accent lighting awaits the cook in the group with high end appliances such as the Subzero refrigerator - the Bosch Dishwasher and last but not least - the 6 burner gas Wolf oven.

The vaulted ceilings and oversized windows along the entire back of the home capture the best of the water views and stunning sunsets! The back of the home faces west, allowing for the evening glow of the sun to filter in and warm every part of your soul...The views extend just off the kitchen as you enter the master bedroom where there is a private sliding glass door to the patio and pool. The 1st floor bedroom offers a King size bed, walk in closet and Ensuite bath. Enjoy the oversized walk in shower and double sink vanity. Have to do some work while on vacation? No worries- head up the stairs to the office that boasts a waterfront view and private balcony- working from this home is truly a breeze!

There are 2 more bedrooms down another wing on the other side of the living area. Bedroom 2 offers 2 double beds and there is a bathroom just across the hall with a shower. Just down the same hall is a small laundry room and bedroom 3 with a Queen size bed. Bathroom 3 is just across the hall from bedroom 3 offering a shower and 2 sinks.

The layout offers many living areas to relax and have fun in! Head up the stairs to find a spacious game room with another sitting area and Large Flat Screen Smart TV- there is also a Bose speaker to enjoy music (please keep inside) and if you have a rainy day- there's always ping pong! Just down the hall you will come to bedroom 4 with a Queen size bed and outside the door is a lovely seating area- perfect to cozy in and read a good book! At the very end of the hall on the 2nd level is another family room with comfy seating and a Flat Screen Smart TV. You can head back down to the 1st floor via the spiral staircase or the regular set of stairs off the game room.

This home provides peaceful waterfront living and yet is just a short drive to shopping, whale watching and some of the finest restaurants in Osterville as well as Craigville Beach which is just a mile away. The grounds are professionally landscaped with lush gardens. Whether you do everything or nothing at all- sit by the pool with your favorite libation- soak in the hot tub and let the worries of the world melt away- dip your toes in the water while you sit on the dock and just enjoy life for a while... in the quiet moments you may even be lucky enough to see the Great Blue Heron or many Ospreys that abound in this area-you are guaranteed to make special memories here. This home offers Keyless Entry for your convenience with.
NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the home.
Max parking of cars at property: 5 No parking on lawn anytime. No use of garage except for bike storage.
Fireplaces are only available for use in the winter months with advance approval from owner.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
