"For clarification purposes only, they do not have a three bedroom family room.I booked the three bedroom, and what it is, is actually three beds, queen size, in one room. I brought that to the attention of the person that was checking me in. She might have thought that she was giving the correct description but I let her know that she should definitely be updating it to state it is three beds in one room. She did let me know that there is a two-bedroom, but it was taken because they were sold out. Overall, was not a bad place to stay, short walk to the beach and a very short walk to anywhere you may have wanted to go in town."

"Right on the Main Street of Cayucos with obstructed ocean view. Cafes, bars, restaurants all within a few steps. Beach access directly across street. There was construction in the cafe below all weekend, even on Mother’s Day. Luckily it only lasted for an hour each day (in the early morning). Beautiful, fun location. Would stay here again!"

"This beach getaway is perfect. A cozy home with just a few steps to the sand and a few steps to many other amenities for dining and shopping. A wonderful quaint little beach town that is not overrun. We will definitely come back here again."

"Beautiful view of the beach and the pier. We were able to walk to anything that we needed; restaurants, bar, shopping, the beach. It was clean and stocked with all of the necessities. The balcony was our favorite hangout area. I drank my coffee on the balcony and just relaxed. The only negative would be that the balconies aren't completely private, you are very close to you neighbors, some with a small partition and some with no partition. "

"The room was clean and spacious. Was a little disappointed to be so far from the beach, but was about a 15 minute walk to the pier and to grab some dinner. Parking was available and close. Would request a first floor room next time as it was difficult carrying a suitcase up the stairs. "

"Great location, clean, comfortable beds. Walkable to everything. Listing mentioned beach amenities but unfortunately didn’t have any beach towels. Otherwise everything was lovely. Easy to connect with host as needed"

"Gorgeous location- albeit next to a small hotel and a few public parking spaces. No problems, as it remained overall quiet and private! The house is gorgeous, open space yet still cozy. The master bedroom’s bedding and mattress were amazingly comfortable and ended up ordering the same comforter and duvet a few days later! The other bedroom is quite small and would be tight for an average sized couple. My daughter in law and 7 yo granddaughter, stayed in that room while my son slept on the couch. Was great having a pantry/laundry area off the kitchen. Was not impressed with the stove - was very cumbersome to use and the ovens were quite small. Other minor issues were the doors/ windows were very difficult to open and lock, the master shower never got hot but the tub and other shower did. Cute shops and restaurants within walking distance and the area is very dog friendly. Must say the views were million dollar views! Washing dishes and looking out the large windows was so relaxing, and, for the first time I actually looked forward to cleaning up after meals. Dog friendly too! "
