"We were supposed to receive two complimentary beverages as part of our stay. However, the staff never provided them. Whenever I tried to ask about the complimentary drinks, they avoided the question and changed the subject. This was disappointing, especially since the beverages were clearly included in our stay."

"The room was clean . The staff was helpful n couteous . Breakfast spread was great . Overall a good stay ."

"We could not use the pickleball court as it was under maintenance, which I can understand. But if it is not going to be available then it needs tobe communicated before we book the property, as we do pay for such amenities as well"

"Firstly no hotel sign board, it was on the floor outside in pieces so it was hard to find the hotel. Check in experience dreadful, unkempt disinterested staff, untidy reception. We paid extra for a deluxe ocean view room. There are no ocean view rooms at this hotel since all rooms face South! Room not bad, slight uriine smell and some cobwebs. The wi-fi was virtually non existent, had to resort to 4G. Banging windows from outside the room all night (we latched them all the next morning since the...

"Beautiful hotel with vast estate of well maintained gardens. Clean pristine beach right next to the hotel. Loved the room with the plunge pool. Staff were very helpful. Services were excellent. They even provided free taxi services from/to the airport! Brest was included and had lot of variety options. If you can afford then don't hesitate to stay in Taj resort!"

"Bathroom fittings are old and not functioning well."

"Very disappointed with the overall experience. The property rooms were not as per standard or what was presented on the website The rooms were not clean or maintained The property upkeep is not as per 5 star standard The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store) Hot water was not working in the room The...

"We loved the relaxing atmosphere at Heritage Village Resort. The options for beach towels and a mat for the nearby Arossim beach was helpful. We loved the poolside but wished it could be open until a bit later than 7.30pm. The breakfast was good. The curated experiences and activities were nice. Although only English music played making the resort feel more European than Indian. We liked the in-room dining options and easy access to restaurants. We didn’t like our bed as it was 2 twins put...

"Really dated I booked an indulgence room. It was terrible Swimming pool is in the shade and really cold water. Only 6 sun loungers around it because nobody went in the pool. Clean towels supplied smelt horrible. Always got dirty feet when I had a shower as they obviously don’t clean the floor"

"We stayed in room 616. This is a basic 4 star hotel for sure. It is clean. And the rooms are large. Bed is large and comfortable but the pillows were so soft they didn't work. However our bar fridge didn't work. The bathroom is large. The breakfast was adequate but we did have to ask for butter, There was no Ham or bacon available on the morning we stayed. Which is ok but after a while you do want a European breakfast. We had a room service dinner which was adequate... lamb Chops were...

"Very friendly staff and very accommodating"

"I liked the overall stay very helpful staff and well maintained property. Breakfast was excellent we had good breakfast so that we can have a light lunch. Swimming pool was nicely maintained and all amenities was good. As they have buggy service to the banolim Beach till 6 pm in evening you have very good access to the beach as well to enjoy the evening sunset. Overall very satisfied with the stay"

"All the staff was extremely helpful and very accommodating even though we had a big group. Pool and restaurant was good. Worth the price, would definitely come back. Great place to stay!! "
