"Bei Schlüsselübergabe wurde mein Mitarbeiter, für den die Wohnung gebucht war völlig grundlos als Assi bezeichnet. Es wurde gedroht man hätte einen Zweitschlüssel und würde aufpassen. Und diverses weitere. Die Wohnung wurde von uns daraufhin NICHT bezogen. Eine Erstattung, selbst der Kaution erfolgte bislang nicht. "

"Die Mitarbeiter sind soweit freundlich, entsprechen jedoch nicht dem Standard eines Vier-Sterne-Hotels. Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Minibar und Safe. An der Rezeption wurde uns dies bei der Anreise nicht mitgeteilt, sodass wir selbst noch einmal hinuntergehen und nachfragen mussten, da das Telefon im Zimmer nicht funktionierte. Dort wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Zimmer nach und nach erneut ausgestattet werden und man den Safe an der Rezeption nutzen könne. Das haben wir nicht in Anspruch...
