"Dear Management / Guest Relations Team, I am writing to formally log a serious complaint and request a full refund regarding my two-night stay in Room 624 at the Hampton by Hilton Rochdale (October 15 to October 17, 2026). I paid a total of £163 for the room, plus additional parking charges of £5 per day. "Great location, friendly staff"

"Having been let down at the last minute by another accommodation - they had cancelled the booking when we arrived to check in - Staycity took the very last minute booking and we should have booked there in the first place! In the morning we were able to easily access the tram to get into the centre. Thank you to...

"Great location, perfect hotel"

"It was clean and modern plenty of seating to relax in. The bar was available for coffee, drinks and snacks. Near the train station and the rooms were clean. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast which was continental catered for all tastes vegan if required. All in all a most pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely go again."

"Staff were wonderful"

"staff were horrible"

"Excellent location with departures just a 5 minutes indoor walk away"

"Super twin room, beds super comfy and cosy. Shower large and efficient and the bonus of a good all you could eat brekkie. Would suggest shopping around for parking though as found a much cheaper car park than the suggested one. Half the price of the hotels preferred car park and just a 4 minute stroll."
