Checking was extremely long, too much paperwork to sign. Our room was very nice and we had a great balcony view.
Breakfast service was very slow. Some of the food and beverages run out (we were the 1000 am rotation).
It was a shame the the mirador was closed for repairs and nothing was mentioned on the hotel website.
Be advised if you can’t find space inside the castle’s parking lot you’ll have to park outside the castle and it’s difficult to figure out where one can park (the parking diagram at the front desk is confusing) and the cobble stones make it difficult to drag your luggage. Additionally unless you drive into the interior courtyard to drop off your luggage, you’ll have to lug it up some stairs to arrive at the lobby area."
