I was a little concerned that the heat and no AC would make it difficult to sleep but we left the windows open all night, turned the fan on, and had a nice cool breeze from outside. Short walk to Metro and easy proximity to many shops and restaurants. Our dog was welcome too, and the riverfront was a convenient spot to walk him.
