"Across the road from Haymarket, decent bar adjoining hotel. Room quite small but fine for a couple of nights or so. Only problem was seal on window wasnt great so could hear qind whistling and traffic noise. Black out blind also had a tear which let in light too early. Decent value though."

"Good location across from haymarket train station and tram stop, 10 minute walk to Murrayfield Rugby Stadium. Next door to a Tesco for groceries, good sized room with good soundproofing to the outside despite being on a main road, though there was a gap under the room door so could hear all the noise in the hall. AC and heating in the room as well as a mini fridge that kept things cool but certainly not chilled. Wardrobe space was tight and only 1 drawer meant clothes were left out, fine for an overnight but not ideal for a few days. Breakfast was buffet style which was cooked well with limited continental options but the usual stuff was there. Check in and out was extremely easy and the staff were friendly every time, would recommend for that reason."

"This place is a must while in Edinburgh. Beautiful building with amazing staff ;-) A 10 mins walk to the Murrayfield stadium and 5 mins to restaurants and cafe. The hotel has also a restaurant which was excellent. "
