"It may be called a Hostel but it certainly doesn't fell like that. Family of 4 with our own bathroom and the double bed with two twin bunk beds was perfect. Good breakfast, excellent location. Clean and comfortable rooms, I would stay here again."

"The front desk workers were most helpful with everything.They purchased train tickets for the first leg of my journey as well as how to buy them at the station. I had forgot an item and got it back on my way out of Madrid. Good system. The location was convenient, museums were walkable or a short cab ride. Its also close to major plazas(Sol, Mayor) Very good breakfast. Honey hive!"

"Bar service at the pool roof was not at the level of all the others, who were just very polite and helping. Noise level not quite respected among the people at the pool. I had to change room as the one provided wasn't same as reserved. But the view from the roof is amazing."

"Good walkable location. Lobby was hot even to sit for a cocktail. Pool chairs were very limited and drinks (not even water) were not allowed in pool area even when it's 42°! Staff were helpful and food in restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Roof top bar was fun!"

"The room is basic but fine. However the location near the historic area, the metro and trains, and near the river and parks is great. And there are common areas that you can use to have more space. Also very nice to have a laundry that uses an app. Just need to get detergent from the grocery store nearby."

"Rooms cleaned daily, excellent AC, amazing water pressure in the showers. Rooms were dark - but this is a part of the hotel’s aesthetic. Central and busy location, lots of food and drink options around. If you prefer something quieter don’t stay here!"

"We had a very spacious room. It is a busy location but most of the time it was pin drop silent. Metro station across the street is super convenient."
Only YOU Hotel Atocha

"This was the 4th time staying. For us its a perfect location to continue our journey with a rental car and they have a parking lot. The staff went beyond to accommodate our needs.The only issue was they had not enough bath towels in room in which they brought right away. The front desk was outstanding. See you next summer"
