Other Things to Note

Quiet hours are in effect from 10 PM to 8 AM daily. During this time, please refrain from any activities that may generate noise audible beyond the property boundaries. Throughout the day, we ask that you be mindful of noise levels to respect our neighbors' right to the peaceful enjoyment of their homes.

The underground garage fits vehicles no larger than a mid-size SUV. For those driving larger vehicles, there is parking along the street or in a public parking lot one block down at Sunset Center.

**Mandatory Rental Agreement**

All reservations require a signed rental agreement, as mandated by applicable local regulations and/or community association rules.

Guests must review and electronically sign the rental agreement provided by Peninsula Luxe, Inc., the property's authorized management company, following reservation confirmation.

**Execution of the rental agreement is mandatory and a condition of occupancy.** Access instructions, entry codes, and access to the Property will not be provided until the agreement has been fully executed. No exceptions will be granted.

Failure or refusal to execute the required agreement may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with the applicable booking platform's policies and reservation terms.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire living space and private outdoor patio. There is a gated parking garage beneath the building that is shared.
