"Pool heater turned up too hot, especially on the days that were 100+ degrees. Rooms are starting to show lots of wear and tear. Staff very friendly."

"If you are planning a trip to Carlsbad NM this is the place to stay. We are a family of 5 and the room included 2 queen sized beds and a pullout sofa bed. All were comfortable. The breakfast included was excellent. The property is nice and in a good area. 10 out of 10 would stay here again."

New House Near Carlsbad Caverns!
"It did not sleep 7 unless you count 1 king sleeping 3. Also there is only room for 4 to sit in the living room so if 7 adults go it is not enough room to gather and chat"

"Beautiful relaxing home. The pictures don't do it justice. Very spacious and clean. Excellent neighborhood with great parking. Enjoyed time with friends out under the patio. Would definitely stay there again."
