"Everyone and everything!!! First impressions a 10!!! Beautifully decorated for fall and smell amazing! The staff was all smiles and willing to help if needed and I did๐๐๐ The room was perfect!!! Also, loved that they offered fresh popped popcorn, Ice cold water, coffee and tea. Also cookies to boot ๐๐๐ We would stay there again in a heartbeat โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ"

"Nice clean room. Bed was comfortable. The light in the bathroom was very dim. Parking was bad. You have to walk a ways to get to your room. Not much for food around the area. The breakfast was good. Lots of choices. Staff was nice."

"The hotel has several upgrades that I appreciated, such as the laminate floors and the spacious shower. Parking is convenient, and the hotel is located just 20 minutes from Carlsbad Caverns National Park. However, the breakfast could have offered a better variety; I missed having fruit. On a positive note, the staff at the front desk is very kind and accommodating. Overall, it was a pleasant stay despite the breakfast options."
