"Front desk lady’s behavior like I was bothering her. She doesn’t smile at all. One night for sleeping after a festival and we weren’t able to take a shower since there was no cold water at all. We called front desk they didn’t fix the shower, neither offered a solution for taking a shower. The lady said was No parking available but we saw the parking lot had 6 parking available in the night and next day as well. 1% recommended. It’s in a very nice area, very close to JFK airport, many places to eat and nice walkability. Bad staff and administration"
