"The staff did not go above and beyond and were sometimes rude. We also forgot a pair of headphones, and no one was willing to help us or even pick up the phone to assist in getting them back. Service was slow, and the hotel looks much better in photos than it does in reality. Overall, it felt like the staff didn’t want to be there."
