"We had a few inconvenience issues and pointed them out to the administration. They apologized but did not offer a courtesy credit or reward. "

"Overall, the experience was good. Upon arrival, our studio was not ready, although the cleaning staff resolved the issue quickly. Extremely loud fan in the bathroom. It came on when you turn the lights on. Ac in the bedroom was so loud, we could not...

"It needs an update and a better mattress."

"it was OK however just a little stairs to go up three floors was so narrow, and the TV was in top of the stove. It was just not professionally done really just trying to make a quick buck."
