The place was fair away about 20 minutes from Florence but there are plenty taxis available, if you drive a car there is also a lot spots available for parking. The property is great just needs a little be of TLC on the gardens, nice swimming pool, Claudia the property manager was fantastic, she did her best to accommodate us on every details. "Pros: good amount of space, good location. Security was good, safe area. Cons: No laundry - we were under the impression it was on the ground level. Old building with poor ventilation, smelled musty. Some bugs found. Difficult to contact hotel staff for help or questions bc they use a virtual agent first line, and if you need a person you have to wait 10-20 min for someone to return your message. While it does have AC, it is centrally controlled and managed so you can adjust the fans but not...

"Our stay was good, the apartment was clean and as expected. Very small kitchen, limited seating. Otherwise apartment was spacious and had a king bed, which seems like a lovely luxury here. There is a washer, and a drying rack. (No electric dryer). We were caught off guard by the many mosquitos in December, and got many bites for those not in the primary bedroom with the mosquito net. Our one disappointment was being home one evening and having a different group attempt to key into our apartment....

"The room itself was fine. There is no elevator so we had to drag our luggage up the dark stair well. Apparently, there is a cooking school next door that gets quite loud when there are groups of people inside making pasta. They have no one at the facility so they can’t store your luggage. Just a few things we wish we knew before we got there."

"This location is perfect if you want to be "just" out of the way of the Florence crowd, but close enough to join in whenever you want. The walk to the bridge to get into the central area is like 7min. You're also within walking distance to the Offizi Gallery. There are good restaurants on the street directly behind this hotel, too, and the Piazzale Michelangelo is very close. My stay was exceptional."

"The apartment is ideally located near Ponte Vecchio. We were minutes away from most museums, restaurants, bridges and the river Arno. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at this property."
