"Pros: Close to the beach, cute and cozy. Cons: The initial picture makes it look like it is overlooking the ocean, it is not. The shower is incredibly tiny and not in great shape. Probably why it wasn't shown. "

This lovely cottage is in pristine condition, with carefully chosen amenities and appliances, and decorated thoughtfully. Matt (host) was quickly responsive and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. We highly recommend!"

"As you already know, I was met with unusual circumstances of the home, not being ready. It was damp and cold as the day was a chilly fall day, and it didn’t look like what I had rented. The heat issue still existed when I came in the next day. The heat would’ve been a nice touch to give a welcoming sense of. I’m glad you’re here. There were so many amenities wonderful for an active family as we were attending a wedding we were responding to an external schedule Until we could relax and enjoy the beautiful location."

"The property is lovely and in a wonderful area. I was concerned about the smell mentioned in other reviews, but it was totally fine, especially with the A/C on. The upstairs bedroom has a quirky bathroom, with the sink in the hallway and the shower inside the bedroom, but otherwise, all fine. The code lock with a 10digit combination was a big pain for everyone, as the door locks automatically when you close it and then you have to look up the 10digit combo every time. "

"A wonderful home in a fabulous setting. The home has spacious & well laid out with a variety of beautiful outdoor spaces. Comfortable, with sufficient spaces inside and out; everyone had space to enjoy the property. We stayed for a week and never tired of the outdoor views. Convenient to great shopping and excellent beaches."
