The interior of the house is characterised by cosy modernity and cheerful splashes of colour. The bright house has a large kitchen area with a cream-coloured kitchenette. Even on holiday, you will find the comfort you are used to. The dining area outside the kitchen boasts trendy apple green walls. The black and white comic-style pop art paintings skilfully match the vibrant green. The large living area with floor-to-ceiling windows impresses with a blue and white colour contrast with a maritime flair. The individually designed bedrooms (with a double bed or two single beds) offer plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe, whether you have brought your own clothes or picked up some great items at one of the many markets in the surrounding villages. The three bedrooms have two very chic Italian-style bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower, the second has a bathtub.



The spacious terrace and balcony are accessible from the living area. These are partially covered and can be partially shaded with an awning if desired. Here you will find various seating options of different sizes and, of course, some sun loungers. Enjoy the unobstructed view of the azure blue sky and the nearby sea at any time of day with a cup of coffee in the morning, during a siesta at lunchtime or with a glass of excellent Mallorcan red wine on a starry night. The private pool is surrounded by a well-tended terrace area with expertly tended flowerbeds. The actual pool terrace with comfortable sun loungers for all guests is covered by two awnings and offers shade and privacy. The power outdoor shower makes swimming or splashing in the water particularly attractive - you don't have to enter the house to shower after swimming, you can simply shower outside.



The pink-coloured villa with white shutters is located in the villa suburb of Sa Pedruscada, just 2 km outside the lively coastal town of Cala Ratjada. The name Sa Pedruscada refers to the stones and gravel that characterise this small stretch of coastline. You don't have to travel far to enjoy the beautiful beaches of this stretch of coast. Simply walk or drive to Platja de Son Moll or Font de sa Cala Sa Pedruscada, which lies between these two popular beaches. Neighbouring Cala Ratjada is perfect for shopping, strolling along the promenade, eating out or even clubbing. The medieval towns of Artà and Capdepera are well worth a visit. In the small alleyways there are numerous excellent shops and restaurants that are lovingly run by their owners. Fortunately, despite its excellent location right by the sea, this gives Villa Elionor a touch of urban flair and makes it the perfect place to relax and enjoy, as well as the ideal place for families. Villa Elionor, located in the very quiet, exclusive suburb of Sa Pedruscada, offers breathtaking views of the sea and holidays in a well-kept residential area. Sa Pedruscada is located around 2 kilometres outside Cala Ratjada. A wonderful market is held here every Monday. The marvellous beach of Son Moll is even within walking distance. Other beaches and medieval traditional east coast villages such as Artà or Capdepera can be reached quickly and easily in a hire car.
