We have stayed there many times and understand the need for updates and maintenance but it would have been nice to know in advance or perhaps reduction of rates during the Reno. I'm sure that the hotel will look amazing when we return next year. Staff is always amazing and rooms are always clean. Thanks for a great weekend!"

"Black mold in the bathroom, sink didn't drain. When we told the staff about our problems, they refused to give us any sort of compensation because they already "upgraded us to a nicer room for no additional cost and we already got such a great deal for such a big room". Black mold and a sink that doesn't drain doesn't feel like much of an upgrade to me. Very disappointed, will not be returning."
