"We found the staff really helpful - happy to get us fresh sheets in the middle of the night when kids had an accident! The all inclusive was good value - yes some of the meals feel a bit repetitive after a few days but overall decent food. The local beach is underwhelming and harder to access but we were happy at the pool and it was the quieter side of the island - Alcudia and Soller seemed way more touristy and expensive! But it was an hour drive back to Palma so a hire car is essential. Decor a bit dated but clean"

The breakfast buffet was delicious. The water fountains available to refill your water bottle were a really nice touch and made our stay even more comfortable. We also got a late check out for a reasonable fee, the perfect solution as we were flying back late in the evening."
