"clean , properly, friendly staff ( thx Pranjali and Rashmi ). best thing is direct access to beach. Overall good stay. excellent pool facility. Not marking as excellent since Food was big disappointment. please be ready to have alternative nearby arrangements ."

"An absolutely faultless stay! Service was impeccable, our room was beautiful (with an incredibly comfortable bed) and we had the most delicious food. Would absolutely recommend for a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle. "

"Amazing hotel. Staff were super friendly and attentive for all your needs. Our room was exactly as advertised and more than enough space for three adults."

"I stayed at the Azaya Beach Resort and originally booked a 7-night stay. However, due to the extremely poor condition of the hotel and multiple safety concerns, I checked out the following day and booked another hotel instead. Upon check-in, the shower in my room was not working. I informed the staff and asked them to fix it while I went out for dinner. When I returned, nothing had been repaired, and worse, my room had been left unlocked with three laptops, my passport, and other valuables...

"Cleaner room, bathroom and bath towels"

"Clean property and really helpful friendly staff; great central location near airport. the breakfast spread was really good too"

"Staff needs customer service training. Not very helpful. Room is not clean. But location is fantastic. Humidity from air conditioning floods up the floors. It’s high risk as someone will break their bones one day for sure. Breakfast is so so. Not very sumptuous. Variety is good but lacks taste and flavor. Overall not a good experience and definitely not looking forward for another stay. Sorry ☹️"

"Room was rundown and dogs barked all through the night. The drinking water provided wasn’t marked as safe and in refillable bottles."

"Good"

"Yes we enjoyed "
