"Nice hotel and wonderful staff. It’s just so huge that it’s easy to get lost or turned around when trying to figure out where you are (north or south tower). Several different families got lost like us just trying to find our way and the signs had info but not helpful to finding where we needed to go. "

"I recently stayed at the Hilton Atlanta, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. The biggest issue was the condition of the room. Upon arrival, it was obvious that cleanliness was not a priority. The room appeared poorly cleaned, with noticeable dirt and grime in multiple areas. I immediately brought these concerns to the attention of the front desk, expecting that the issues would be addressed promptly. Unfortunately, despite reporting the problems, nothing was done. No follow-up, no offer to move rooms, and no apparent effort to correct the situation. Being ignored after raising legitimate concerns made the experience even more frustrating. To make matters worse, the valet staff left a very negative impression. Several of the valet attendants were impatient, rushed interactions, and seemed overly focused on receiving tips. Rather than providing professional customer service, their behavior felt pushy and uncomfortable. Guests should never feel pressured when simply trying to retrieve or park their vehicle. For a hotel that carries the Hilton name, I expected significantly better standards of cleanliness, responsiveness, and customer service. The lack of attention to guest concerns and the poor experience with the valet staff overshadowed the entire stay. I cannot recommend this property based on my experience and would seriously consider staying elsewhere on future visits to Atlanta."

"Everything was clean and beautiful. The area has historical significance and many signs explaining. Pool looked well kept, but did not have time to use it. My only complaint was online does not show the parking situation clearly. $60 for valet and we paid just over 40 across the street. Didn't really find much to do or look at in downtown area. Front desk were very polite."

"Very friendly and helpful staff that were so kind and patient. We recently stayed with three kids and the bunk bed room was perfect for us. However, the hot water consistently didn't work in our room despite multiple calls for repairs, the air conditioning routinely shut off over night, and everything the air kicked on our entire room smelled like weed."

"The room was clean, as were the hallways, elevator and lobby but the when asked about the parking garage the women at the front desk acted clueless and were unhelpful. I don’t have names but they were also unhelpful when experiencing TV issues and because of that when it seemed as though our AC was not working at all I didn’t feel comfortable bringing up yet another issue to them. Thermostat in the room and hallway said it was 68 degrees for both but our room felt about 10 degrees warmer at least. The location is close to places you may want to go but I would say don’t stay in the dead center of downtown."
