"The SENS hotel is a clean and well staffed and courteous staff. There is a bar however it seems to close early and was primarily empty while I was there. Restaurant that was open for breakfast and later in the day for dinner which is also empty. This may be a result of Montreal being a restaurant town and folks not wanting to stay in for meals. It was cost-effective and the staff was courteous. If you're looking for a functional hotel that allows you a home base while staying in Montreal this is a place I would recommend to stay."

"Clean place, right in downtown of Montreal, breakfast were tasty, everyone can find something to eat, however there were no veggies. Staff really nice and helpful. "

"My wife and I stayed in an Admiral Loft #132 for 4 nights in early April 2026. Unit needed maintenance on kitchenette faucets, bathroom faucet handles would spin 360 degrees when using them. Tried to use the jetted spa tub on our last night - faucet handle fell off in my hand and the jets did not work - maintenance was contacted and confirmed all the issues we had - we were offered to charge rooms but we were leaving next morning at 4:00 am for an early flight - so no point in doing that. We were told hotel manger would reach out to offer compensation the next day - but he did not - I had to contact him myself the following day - he did offer to refund 1 night’s stay after some negotiations. Also the on-site restaurant was under renovation and closed - back entrance was also under construction and not accessible - doors were removed and pallets of tiles were stacked in guest walking areas - not ideal. Not a great experience for us and we would not recommend staying here. "

"Run down. Wiring in room looked worrying at best. Walls paper thin. Very noisy neighbours both sides. Disturbed late night and early morning both nights. Plus side… good location. Warm and clean. Staff friendly and helpful."
