The staff at both check in and at the restaurant was very pleasant and helpful. Was not cheap but was a lot of room for the money. "Room 107 was small and out dated, smelled musty, stains on the walls,mold on the shower curtain, sink was held up by a table leg, bed was so uncomfortable and only had 2 flat pillows for a queen size bed and under the bed had crumbs and dirt that was not cleaned from prior guest was just covered by the comforter. "The shower head in room 4 barely spit out any water. The kitchen was closed which defeated the point of it being a bed and breakfast experience. The pool was also not working due to some pump issue which I was unaware of until I arrived. I was under the impression that there was a fully functioning, kitchen and fully working pool. when we got there, we waited about 20 minutes until somebody finally came to check us in after I had to go looking for help."

"Checking in was fast. Staff were professional and pleasant. Clean overall. However our room had a broken curtain rod and the curtain was stained. Air conditioner was very loud making it difficult to sleep throughout the night. I believe this property is non-smoking, but there were people outside the main entrance smoking. We had to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter a non-smoking building….I didn’t appreciate that as a non-smoker. No breakfast at this motel."

All the doors were locked and the only person I found at the property was weed eating around one of the mobile home buildings across the parking lot from what I thought was the hotel. This man phoned someone he called the owner and then another man opened the door at another mobile home building. there was a broken sign over this door that said it was "check in".
