"Very pleasant stay over 9 nights in Banff Rocky Mountain! The staff were very helpful and always friendly. The location was great, the room was comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere made our trip even more enjoyable. Would happily stay again. "

"Was no cold tap water so be prepared to buy bottled water. The breakfast was expensive for being so terrible. No housekeeping for a 3 night stay. Thats what they told me, thou someone did come on day 3. Positives, the bed is super comfortable. The size of the suite is pretty good. Pretty clean amd well kept. Fairly soundproof aside from slamming doors outside your hotel door. Hot tub is the best feature."
