"I have stayed here multiple times and each time I stay here it gets better and better, it’s what I consider to be the BEST hotel in Puerto Vallarta. Fenomenal staff, from checkin, concierge, butlers EVERYONE is amazing and helpful. The rooms and views are AMAZING, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, a five diamond experience from the jacuzzi on the balcony to service and staff. Highly recommended."

"Great location. Clean room. Easy check in."

"This is a little secret location by the river, away from the touristy hustle and bustle. Very walkable to lots of restaurants. Each room is appointed differently and is just so charming. The staff was gracious, helpful and accommodating when I asked if we could come early to enjoy the pool. I will stay here again, I loved it."

"Rooms are nice and spacious and the hotel is in a very good location close to the malecón. The views are beautiful from the pool area and from the dinning room."

"Incredible staff! Beautiful rooms! Great location!"

"Nice bed, place was pristine clean"

"Small hotel in the heart of the Romantic Zone. The room is basic. There's no safe, but you can use the one in the lobby. If you want a pool towel, you'll need to leave a cash deposit. It's a good hotel if you don't have mobility issues, as there's no elevator. I would definitely stay there again."
