I loved the property it was beautiful and clean. The staff were amazing, they were friendly and attentive. The check in process was easy and smooth my luggage was taken to my room and I was given a tour of the entire property and they included the amenities. I will definitely be staying here again.

I was highly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. They claim to be a five-star hotel, but if you have stayed at other five-star hotels, this one will definitely not meet your expectations. The location is terrible. It's at the top of a hill in a cheap, highly touristic area. To visit even a nearby shop, you have to walk down and back up the hill, which is exhausting. Our room was very far from reception, requiring several minutes of walking up and down stairs, as there is no elevator. Although the hotel has a small cart, they never offered to take us back to our room. The safe in the room was broken and unusable. The pool is extremely warm, and there were many teenagers making a lot of noise. This definitely does not feel like an adults-only boutique resort. There is only valet parking, so you have to call reception whenever you want your car. Once, we waited about 20 minutes because they forgot to tell us our car was ready. You have to bring the glass bottles to reception yourself to refill them, as housekeeping does not do it. There is no proper gym; the equipment is outdoors, which is extremely hot during the day. The room smelled strongly of tobacco throughout our entire stay. Breakfast was very basic. Only the coffee machine is free, while all other types of coffee cost extra. They were also cleaning the restaurant right next to us while we were having breakfast, even though service had already started. I would not stay here again.

This is nowhere near a 5* establishment: Inexistant parking nor valet, closure of the pool for an event, moldy smell within the room for which the reason was “it rained this week it’s normal”, no refill of water by housekeeping it’s a do it yourself. When calling reception to obtain a bottle opener the response was also you have to come pick it up yourself and more.

In my opinion the hotel did not deliver a 5 star experience. Positives: Great views! Our Junior Suite with Seaview was pleasantly spacious and so was the terrace. Both pool areas are elegant, pretty as a picture and very clean. Negatives: We were left waiting to check in with no explanation- it was not busy. We were so tired and it was a horrible feeling being left there for no obvious reason. Not much information was provided during the check in ( later- no directory in the room, no barcode with info to scan). One day our room was not cleaned. Then on other days cleaning products or cloths were left behind in the room. Breakfest does not offer a 5 star variety or richness. Parking is a nightmare ( also a weird practice of being asked to leave the key with the reception, on days we found parking our car was then moved outside the compound few times by the staff). There are residential homes on the compound (very strange). Hotel seems to operate as a restaurant- lots of outside guests. Giant crane outside was waking us up almost every day around 8am. The hotel won the lottery with the location and their gorgeous outside space makes full advantage of it. If you want few pretty snaps it's worth it. If you want a 5 star capsule experience it is not the place.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Haben beim Check in erfahren, dass wir ein Upgrade bekommen haben und wurden erstmal noch auf ein Willkommensgetränk eingeladen. Das Hotel und die ganzen Anlage sind sehr sauber, modern und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstücksbüffet auch sehr reichhaltig. Wir können es auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Purobeach Santa Ponsa möchte Ibiza-Flair bieten, bleibt aber deutlich hinter dem Anspruch zurück. Zimmer, Lage und Atmosphäre konnten uns nicht überzeugen, vor allem wegen dem Schimmelgeruch, dem Lärm und dem fehlendem Komfort. Positiv: Vielfältiges Frühstück und teilweise freundlicher Service.

Sehr kleines Zimmer, muffiger schimmeliger Geruch, Terrasse mit Nachbarzimmer geteilt, keine Badezimmerartikel. Unmögliche Parkplatzsituation und vorreservierte Sonnenliegen, das ist ein Unding, welches in dieser Kategorie nicht zu erwarten war. Mag mir gar nicht vorstellen wie das bei voller Auslastung in der Hochsaison funktionieren soll. Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis stimmt für das Gebotene einfach nicht, zudem ist die Umgebung sehr wenig ansprechend und die Gastronomiepreise sind astronomisch hoch.

Am ersten Tag sind wir spät angekommen und haben unser Apartment bezogen. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass das Auto extern geparkt wird und ein Valet-Service zur Verfügung steht. Tatsächlich wurden wir mit einem Bus zu einem etwa 1,5 km entfernten, öffentlichen Parkplatz gebracht – unser Fahrzeug stand also nicht auf einem geschützten Hotelgelände. Am zweiten Tag wollten wir nach dem Frühstück in unsere Suite zurück, kamen jedoch nicht hinein, da die Schlüsselkarte nicht mehr funktionierte. Zunächst informierten wir das Housekeeping, das Hilfe schicken wollte – diese kam jedoch nicht. Nach etwa 30 Minuten gingen wir selbst 2 x zur Rezeption. Bei den ganzen Treppenstufen unliebsam. Erst dann kam ein Techniker, allerdings hatten wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits einen Termin und waren deshalb verspätet. Zudem blockierte dann der Techniker die Suite über anderthalb Stunden. Danach funktionierte der Zugang wieder. Zutrittsystem defekt. Keine Entschädigung. In den folgenden Nächten begann das eigentliche Problem: Jede Nacht gegen 0.30 Uhr schaltete sich die Klimaanlage selbstständig ein,lief auf voller Leistung bis etwa 6 Uhr, auch bei Off - Mode. Erholsamer Schlaf war nicht möglich. Wir sprachen das an, fühlten uns eher belehrt. In der nächsten Nacht trat das Problem erneut verschärft auf – das Bedienpanel reagierte unkontrolliert.2 Nächte schlaflos Am Ende fragte niemand nach unserem Feedback. Insgesamt entspricht dieser Aufenthalt für uns nicht dem Standard einer Fünf-Sterne-Unter

Eine Insel Auf Der Insel !! Das Puro Beach Resort ist ein tolles Club Hotel, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt! Die Anlage ist in einen Berg oberhalb von Santa Ponsa eingebaut und bietet einen tollen Panoramablick auf die Bucht und das offene Meer. Kulinarisch wurden wir ebenfalls sehr verwöhnt, beginnend mit einem fantastischen Frühstücksbuffet und einer super guten, gehobenen Küche im Ona als auch im Pool Restaurant. Der Service ist exzellent und das Personal überall super freundlich. Die Anlage und das Zimmer sind sehr sauber und es wird auf alles penibel geachtet. Auch haben uns die Pflegeprodukte im Bad sehr zugesagt. Wäre schön, wenn man die vor Ort kaufen könnte.😃 Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.
