Great location, space needs some fixing, broken closet handles, the grout in shower was extremely dirty and unappealing. Overall liked the property and would stay again but also agree with previous people that the bedroom could use some curtains, very bright in there when sun comes up.

Our stay was great! The suite was nice and clean.t The only downside in the property were there’s just some window shade no curtains, so we all got up really. It would really nice if they could invest in some curtains, make a huge difference.

Nice building and a decent suite

The suite was nice, but a view of a parkade (not exactly Waterfront). This particular suite had a pigeon problem on the balcony, and even if it was appointed with outdoor seating -- the amount of pigeon droppings was a "no way I'm going out there." The bathroom and kitchen were clean but some of the other furnishings needed a Swiffer duster. Overall a nice suite. I would give them another try in the future. Quiet building.

My trip was great and the place was fine but there were little things that need repair. For example, the beside light stopped working, one of the toilet seat hinges was broken and one of the closet doors wouldn’t open. The check in was great and the bed was really comfortable. Overall, I’d recommend this spot but a few fix-ups would be welcome.

The apartment was very roomy and quite modern. There were a few drawbacks such as: The bedroom blinds did not allow for us to prevent the outside lights and daylight from illuminating the room. Also, because the unit is overlooking the river, at this time of year there are hundreds of geese that spend the night in the river and create a lot of noise throughout the night that can be heard in the unit with all windows closed. The parking space is very tight but it is great to have heated underground parking at this time of the year.

This is not a hotel

This is not a hotel, this is an apartment rented per night. While the location is good for amentities, and the apartment in a fair condition (one or two knocks and bruises); there are negative aspects. No maid/housekeeping service, the blinds in the bedroom allow far too much light to come in, two sheets do not make a duvet cover, only two flimsy pillows, and the bed is uncomfortable.

The concierge was not on time. The major problem is the head office doesn't really care about it. I told them what happened and they did not say sorry at all

Suite Digs was very accommodating as we moved our check in time twice. The property was beautiful and clean in a great location. The underground parking was a plus. We would definitely recommend this place!

Arrived at midnight so I had to go to the fence across the street and retreave to keys form a lock box on the chain link fence. An interesting experience. I had no instructions on where to park or how to use the fob to get into the parking garage. Once in I didn’t know that I had to drive down four flights to locate my assigned parking place. Instructions were lacking!

This is an apartment, not a hotel.

This property is essentially an AirBnB – not a hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful, however, limitations around check-in time (because someone has to meet you at the building to let you in) and the expectation on the guest to put out the trash and set the dishwasher was not what I was expecting from a property referred to as a hotel multiple times in its listing. I was disappointed to see there was pink mold around the base of the shower, I didn't take a closer look to determine if it hadn't been cleaned or if it had be caulked over at some point putting it on permanent display. Reaching for a blow dryer ~20 minuets before needing to leave for the airport I discovered there wasn't one to be found in any of the closets or cupboards. Calling the help line the listing company made available a nice person suggested that they could bring one by for me in two and a half hours at the soonest. If you're traveling for fun this would be a fine place to stay and the kitchen and washer/dryer would be a real plus if you're traveling with your family. As someone traveling for work I wish hotels.com made it more apparent what to expect so folks could book accordingly.
