I found the climate control in the room didn't work as well as expected, it took almost 2 days to get a comfortable temperature. Next time a room above main floor would be a better choice.

Pleasantly surprised and the value for the dollar at this location. paid 61 per night for a complete suite. honestly had reservations about booking here just because the price seemed too low. very very happy with the staff and the facilities. pool was not working and was under repair, but that really didn't take away from the experience. well located and close to major roadways, which allowed travel to other locations very easy.

The room worked for a family of four- we had one bedroom suite . The location was good- it was close to airport, and walking distance to food restaurants. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately the pool was out of service and our room backed the elevators so it was a little noisy.

Great value for the money.

The front desk staff are wonderful and very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. There’s a small kitchen which has everything you could need to prepare small meals. Makeup remover towelettes were available. They provide large containers of shampoo and conditioner on the shower wall. Small bottle of hand lotion. Hairdryer and lots of towels. They have a really good (more than) continental breakfast- excellent value. There are apples and oranges at the front desk day and night and some lemon water also. The parking is great. The one negative is that the office chairs they have at the writing desk in the rooms are worn out, really rough. It pulls down the rest of the experience. It’s the second time we’ve stayed there and I don’t regret staying there at all. Very good value for money.

Second stay this month. Room and facilities very clean, staff professional and helpful. Breakfast offerings had variety, our family appreciated the turkey sausage. Hope to be back again in the spring/summer.

Good deal

I didn't expect a lot for the price. The room was spacious, clean, and I didn't hear anything from the hallway or neighbors. Top value for 100$ range stay. I travel for work and stay in hotels across Canada and I will absolutely look for this place again when I'm in Calgary.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the sidewalk was slippery and should have been checked to make sure no one would slip. I slipped. The room was good , bed good and was clean. It isn’t a brand new hotel but I love the suite and would go back. Great place to stay for a longer stay. Has everything you need. The breakfast also had an adequate amount of variety to eat. If you have a car it isn’t far from anything.

Accommodation is very standard. Rooms are very dated and furniture very tired looking with dining room chairs material all cracked . That said the beds were very comfortable. Swimming pool was out of service. Previous breakfast reviews described an excellent buffet however we did not find this to be the case. Very basic and low quality food served which was disappointing to what we had expected.

The hotel was quite outdated and cupboards, dishes, and bathroom were not very clean. The toilet ran non stop and that was a bit loud. Water pressure wasn't very good but beds were comfortable and suite was spacious. The hotel is showing its wear for sure but I could live with that if it had been cleaner. Breakfast was okay, location was far from a lot and you can hear planes overhead. Very disappointed with management. I booked this hotel through Expedia for my children's birthday. I chose this hotel over some other better quality hotels because it had a pool. I checked Expedia before traveling and there were no hotel updates. I arrived to find the pool was closed for renovations. This was quite disappointing due to my children wanting to spend their birthday swimming. I spoke to the front desk about some type of compensation for not having the amenities and the lady told me that another Epedia guest had been compensated. I provided her the receipt for swimming at a rec cebtre for $22 and she said she would compensate me for that and talk to her manager about other measures. The manager failed to phone me back and almost a week later I received an email saying because I chose to stay at the hotel rather than cancel that absolutely no compensation would be given outside of 20% off my next stay. Well I won't be back. I am actually disgusted with management's poor customer care in in my over 50 reviews not one has been poor - that should tell you something about this hotel.

We stayed for one night in a one bedroom suite. Room was spotless, comfortable bed (sofa bed was not made, but was a quick self fix) and everything was in working order. Fitness room was clean and efficient. Breakfast was a selection of make your own waffles, oatmeal, pastries, cereal, eggs, sausage, and more, everything was hot and replenished quickly by friendly kitchen staff. Unfortunate that we were not informed that the pool was closed for renovations at the time of booking. Hopefully it will be complete by spring, as I would stay here again on my next visit.

El hotel está mejor de lo que esperaba !!! El desayuno puede mejorar!!! Teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel de paso cerca al aeropuerto, la comida debería ser más amigable con el estómago ! Pero en general el hotel estaba muy lindo! Lastima que la piscina no estaba funcionando ! Parte de la reservación era por la piscina para mis bebés pero bueno! Muy buen hotel !

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are always so wonderful and friendly. For the past few visits the pool has been closed so we could not enjoy it. Also the property is getting old. They need to upgrade the facility. The breakfast was good every morning with the hot items changing each day. Just like the location of the hotel it is quiet but not far from the major highways.

Hotel très propre et personnel accueillant et aidant. La chambre avec cuisinette et petit salon était idéal pour être avec un enfant en bas age. J'avais demandé un petit lit bébé et il a été installé dans la chambre et tout prêt à être utilisé à mon arrivée. Merci pour tout. Je reviendrais dans cet hôtel si je reviens à Calgary.

Nice place but they seriously need new windows. There was so much cold air in the room i had to set the thermostat to 31. The windows were obviously not winterized. Also, most hotels pre-authorize your card for $100.....this place $350. Sorry but I,'ve stayed in nicer hotels that don't ask for that much. You'll likely not see me again.
