Room is awesome. Great view and everything you need in a condo and more. The issue is with the checkin and checkout procedure. It was not smooth for us. The access code given did not work, help line, no answer. Needed the security guards help to locate the host. Once we were buzzed in the elevator was not activated as promised in the check-in procedure. Took 3 try’s before finally getting to the room. For Checkout you need to get your car out of the garage first and park on the street before running back up to your room to drop off the FOB. As you do not have access to the garage without the FOB. I don’t blame the host at all. lots of other people were experiencing the same thing while we were there, seems like a building access issue that needs work.
