THE SPACE
The Basement suite features hardwood floors, a spacious 3-seater sectional with a 55-inch TV, a dedicated work-from-home office desk, and three well-sized bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed. The cozy bathroom offers a warm, relaxing shower, and the large kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare a simple home-cooked meal.

As a welcome touch, we leave complimentary chocolates on the beds for all guests, along with popcorn and bottled water to enjoy during your stay.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to the entire basement suite, which includes: Living room, Full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, Laundry room with washer and dryer, Private backyard.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Some of our appliances are older, but they are well-maintained. If you experience any issues or need assistance with anything in the home, please feel free to message us — we are always available and ready to help as soon as possible.

Please note that we have three security cameras located on the property: two at the front, two in the backyard, and one in the hallway on the back door.
