"I'm not sure where to start: the quality of the hotel, its location, their friendly staff? Visiting here, you will find the Sheraton to be extremely well maintained. Its location is unique, next to Prince Island with all its walking paths and recreational options. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a smile, an impression that remained with us throughout our two day stay. The valet staff were very helpful (and needed). Our check-in was quick but informative. My first impression of the spacious lobby was of a sunlit, casual gathering place. We found our king Club room to be comfortable and very clean. The furniture, wallpaper, carpets etc. were spotless. At the end of the day, it was a relief to find the linens to be smooth and crisp. The food in the Club Lounge was delicious and constantly attended to. At times, though, it seemed crowded. Could everyone be staying in Club Rooms? That night we enjoyed a dinner at the Wolf & Flower restaurant. The menu was a bit limited over Thanksgiving but a full buffet was also offered. Delicious. In summary, this hotel and its staff left a wonderful impression. We will gladly return."
