Property is in an ideal location, just a 5 min walk to Uptown 17th Ave. and it looks as described in the photos provided.
However, the bathroom was not cleaned in between guests. Toilet and sink were visibly dirty. Tub had hair from previous guests, which, once the shower was turned on, washed off - which indicates the shower was not turned on after the last guest used it (not cleaned), which is unsanitary. Bedding had a large wet stain on the duvet, which, after taking the duvet cover off to throw in the washer - matched a big stain on the actual duvet that was yellow/brown. Both towels in the bathroom had unsightly stains. One was crusted with a dark red/brown fluid and multiple yellow/brown stains that seeped through the other side. The other had a yellow/brown stain on one side. Fortunately they had more towels in the wardrobe but best to just bring your own towels. Kitchen table had some crumbs on it. I tried to let the owner know by replying to their message providing info on check in but they did not respond. Parking is on-street, but extremely difficult to find a spot as the streets are fully lined with cars. We managed to find 1 spot a block over and did not move our car during our entire stay but noticed, over the 2 days we were there, there were no other available spots to park within a couple block radius at least. I did like that they had a full kitchen, washer/dryer, (spices, cooking oil, syrup were provided in kitchen but not used). Dishes, mugs available.
