"The hotel is very nice inside, but the staff is not sure on information. For instance we called to see what the deposit is that is required and they tell you it is $100.00 if you use a credit card and $200.00 if you use a debit Visa. Well when you arrive they tell you it's $100 for CC and $300.00 for a debit Visa and they take no cash at all for anything.
They have a restaurant but it is never open it used for the free continental breakfast only. On our second day there (out of 3) they entered the room and made one of the beds and took the dirty towels we left in the tub (as they say to) but didn't make the other bed (and there was nothing on it that required to be moved). The free breakfast is ok, scrambled eggs, sausage some days ham another, juice, coffee, tea, yogurt and toast; it was ok and edible.
The fridge is inside a cabinet which doesn't allow air flow so even cranked on high, doesn't get cold so we couldn't keep anything in it and we couldn't pull it out while we were there. There is a lack of plug ins by the beds and there was absolutely no USB connections on any lamps, so that was difficult to keep items charged between 3 adults phone, tablets, computers etc."
