There are several beautiful features that enhanced our stay, including the covered gazebo with an inviting fireplace and outdoor couches, as well as the sauna and steam room. Communication with Meriam was easy, and she was accessible and kind throughout our time there. We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend this home in Woodland Hills. Simply beautiful."

"I am in love with Topanga! This area is so beautiful and the house was wonderful. The view of the mountains was breathtaking. Very clean and roomy house with all the necessities available. I will say the driveway and parking was a bit hairy but with another set of eyes to help out, it was fine. The suv was a great choice of vehicles. Communication was great! We will be back!!"

"The host was very responsive. The parking in the back is extremely tight, especially for big vehicles. The kitchen is super neat and you have everything you need in there. My only concern was the sleeper sofa. If you have any back problems, like me, this won't work for you. We gave the bedroom to our grandma so my back felt it a little. It's just not comfortable. Some items seemed used by previous guests and not replaced. The bathroom is outdated, no lock either. Overall, location is great, it's...

Right next to Warner Brothers Studios and Warner Brothers tours, great property, immaculately, clean, and well kept grounds. Without a doubt one of the best places I’ve stayed in LA."
