"The hotel is just off A1 of you are driving and has a shuttle to city center. We stayed for only one night but would definitely consider it for future longer stays."

"Apart from the WiFi sucking and front desk not really knowing much about things like buses or where to get a phone charger, the overall experience was very good, the pool nice and the rooms great too. Restaurant food was high quality. All in all would def recommend if you don’t mind a commute into town which is the price for a nice pool and pretty location. Staff could smile more too … just a suggestion"

"100% I would recommend this hotel. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but only a 15 minute stroll to the city centre, as well as a bus stop outside. Please arrange your itinerary around the fabulous happy hour which the hotel provide everyday. The breakfast is great including gluten free options which my wife was delighted with."

"This is a great hotel for a stay near a city. The staff were friendly and the service was good. Breakfast was well thought out but we feel that the general menu for lunch and dinner needs improvement. The quality of the food we ate there was good though. The gym was lacking, very small. The pool area was a bonus, didn’t struggle to get a sun lounger, would have liked more staff presence here for a five star hotel. We heard that they were short of staff members due to long term illness though. Overall a good experience. The WhatsApp messaging service worked really well for booking gym, shuttle service (a great bonus for the location of hotel)."

"The staff was very kind and helpful. The shower was one of the best we used while we were in Italy - spacious, high water pressure, stable temperature - perfect! The bed was comfortable. The views were lovely. Parking was adequate."

"Such a lovely property! The grounds are beautiful and having a pool to use after a hot day of walking around is wonderful. We found our dinner in the restaurant to be excellent! Good breakfast buffet! The only slight downside is if you want to go into Florence every day, while they do offer a shuttle, it stops quite a walk from the centre of town and the schedule isn’t always convenient so we needed up taking taxis a lot which added up financially. Still worth the area and the hotel but be aware of location. We loved it!"
