PLAYA GRANDE at its absolute BEST! NEW construction in the best location. A 9-minute walk to the beach presents exceptional surfing, boogie boarding, body surfing and fabulous sunbathing spots, and access to the leatherback Turtle Preserve. Tremendous value featuring 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms with complete privacy in an enclosed and electric gated property. Largest private pool in Playa Grande, 44 feet with a Baja deck and the only stand alone COLD plunge (50*) in the area. High end furnishings throughout the property including Masaya custom built seating, and authentic Costa Rican locally constructed furniture in teak!
All the amenities you'll want or need to have a carefree/ rental free beach experience, including beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and soft top surf boards. Electric golf cart that seats six for cruising the local village and seeing the local sights (must be 18 to operate).
Our prime location provides the best in local restaurants within a 5-minute walk, including Huerto's, noted for the best pizza/pastas in Guanacaste, Beach Break, the BEST smoothies and custom bagels, Pots and Bowls, breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, and the Wine Bar and Brazilian Bakery. Short golf cart ride to the best local vegetable/farmers market and the best local grocery with fresh bakery goods and excellent beverage supply.
The main house features 4 bedrooms, four bathrooms, a huge great room, kitchen and entertaining area. The great room's two walls of glass that showcase the outdoor entertainment /dining area and pool, completely open to provide the epitome of the indoor/outdoor Pura Vida lifestyle. Relax on the deck overlooking the pool and enjoy the outdoor seating area and custom dining, that features custom built furniture, a complete BBQ area, open air dining for 12, and access to the pool.
The two standalone separate casitas provide privacy for couples, smaller families and tweens/teenagers, and they both have a living area, full bath, each have two beds upstairs. They also have direct access to the spa.
The pool is a saline pool as is the spa so there are no chlorine issues for you or your little ones, and the pool is built for lap swimming and badminton/volleyball games. There are a number of pool toys available in the pool bin.
There is also an additional play area/skate ramp on the property, the only private ramp in Guanacaste! Coming soon will be the bocce ball court.
If the Guanacaste/Tamarindo/Playa Grande area is the focal point for your Costa Rica vacation, this IS the best the area has to offer. Privacy, enough space for everyone in your group, amenities typically not found in a rental, and at an excellent price point. Pretty much a guaranteed winning vacation for families, reunions, retreats, etc. This IS the ONE!

Food preparation for your entire group is $30 total labor for breakfast and $60 total labor for dinner, plus grocery cost. Daily light housekeeping included.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out time is 11 AM, housekeeping arrives at 11:15 AM, you do not need to strip the beds or wash the towels. Please leave things neat of course, but housekeeping will take care of the rest.
Leave the remote for the gate on the kitchen island and make sure the front door and the entry gate door are locked on your way out. Leave the golf cart key also on the island.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Incredible place

This has been one of the best properties I’ve stayed in many years. It had everything you could possibly need. There was plenty of space for everyone in our group of 11 adults in their late 20s. We hired the cook that made us breakfast two days and it was delicious. Something that was very nice to have were the golf cart, surf boards, and beach umbrellas and chairs.We will definitely come back to this property!!!
