The house is inside a gated community.
No music in exterior areas is allowed after 23:00 hrs daily.

Penalties from the HOA for noisy guests are:
$150 USD First Penalty
$250 USD Second Penalty

Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival in order to release the access code to the house.
