It's very clean, the room service is excellent, the room is spacious and comfortable, the beds are good, as is the air conditioning, and the shower is comfortable with hot water. It included a delicious and generous breakfast. The hotel staff is very attentive and friendly, the hotel is safe and in a great location, and the view of the boulevard is fantastic. My only suggestion is that the hotel add a refrigerator; it's needed."

"The Hacienda San Angel is a gorgeous property with amazing views and beautiful spaces including the rooms, courtyards and three stunning pools. The staff are lovely and so helpful. Our room was attended to multiple times per day with fresh towels and chocolates in abundance. Luis made sure our breakfasts were wonderful and gave us great travel tips to start each day. The gourmet restaurant is delicious and has a similar level of attentive service. There are a lot of stairs both within the property and to reach El Malacon and the beach which are a short steep walk (5 mins). The bonus is that you stay fit and enjoy amazing vistas. We will hope to come back soon!"
