"Great room and overall location, perfect for if you are needing to be in the south of Exeter. Would always stay here when visiting Exeter for the rooms, the food and the overall hospitality. Prices are extremely reasonable for the area and going for a room on the lower floors with a sitting area is a nice touch."

"Great for a stopover stay. Rooms are clean and have what’s needed (and will take 4 as a teenager family). Decent breakfast. And staff are more friendly and helpful than you’d expect for a budget hotel. Decent price so happy all round."

"Check in and check out was smoothe . Room was clean and very comfortable. Charlotte at reception was extremely helpful in advising me of places around the area to grab dinner. Did not fancy the free breakfast, crossaints were stale and scrambled eggs were lacking in taste. Good location, a 10-15 min walk from the high street area, and less than 10 min walk to the quay area where there are many restaurants. Overall, I would recommend this hotel."
