"I like the place was a good place and the staff are very welcoming. As one thing I didn't like I booked one bedroom King bed, I end up with two single beds. But they promise me to change in the morning and they didn't. I was not happy about it."

"The room is spotless with a comfortable bed & nice seating area. The bathroom is clean, towels are fluffy, excellent water pressure. We stay here whenever we visit my daughter in Chicago. Oh, and the rooftop bar/cafe is a big plus. It is a great hotel! "

"Very easy to check in, never even met anyone from the property. It's all done with codes and the instructions were very clear. I think the only thing I didn't like is that I was charged extra on the day of the check in and I wasn't aware I'll need to also pay for a "cleaning fee" and some tax that I had to send over PayPal."
