"Whilst the ManorHouse would sleep the number advertised, and certainly has enough crockery and cooking equipment to manage comfortably, we found the whole place to be cramped. Most bedrooms had one or more bed than was comfortable, there actually isn’t enough sofa space for everyone, and the dining table is difficult to use due to being so close to the wall, with no space to move it out. The kitchen, while well equipped, has very little work space and is not able to cope with more tham2 or 3...

"Perfect cottage for our family of 6. Great location with variety of dining and shopping options, perfect amount of space for the family to spread out or all be in one room together. Beautiful garden. The parking is tight for large vehicles but we made it work. The cottage is cute with historic charm and some low ceilings, but we’re all over 6’ tall found the charm worth ducking our heads for. Highly recommend the Dolphin House!"

"We stayed for one night and loved it! The apartment is new, spotless, and in an excellent location. We really appreciated the free parking, as well as the thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and all the kitchen utensils we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. Our only suggestion would be to have a few extra pillows, but overall it was a wonderful stay and we’d happily come back!"

"Our 4th stay in an Orion hot tub lakeside property and they never ever disappoint! Green Haven offers a luxurious property in a perfect location, within a v private part of the Lower Mill Estate. Roof terrace has sun all day long, with plenty seating options and v private hot tub. The house has everything and more you would need for a long stay..we were there 10 days and wish could have stayed longer. Air con in the bedrooms was an unexpected and v welcome bonus during a heatwave. The Lower Mill...

"The Bothy is a superb self contained unit fitted out beautifully. It had everything we needed with all the little extras thoughtfully provided. We found the area to be great for exploring the Cotswolds and the local pubs had wonderful meals. Overall a fantastic experience. "

"Very thoughtfully prepared cozy space. We enjoyed staying there with our two daughters. The o communication was excellent and check in and out very seamless. Location is superb if desiring to stay in Burton in the water. Beautiful, quaint town. Only complaint was lack of cooling. Luckily able to cool off at night with windows open. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"The house was amazing and in a great location. The kids enjoyed being on a lake and seeing ducks all day long, as well as canoes and kayaks. Lower Mills Estate is a great place to vacation - very family friendly with lots of activities and sites nearby. Beautiful house and beautiful grounds, very peaceful. Two things to know about the house are that the kitchen and family room are on the third floor, so there are lots of steps to climb, and the steps are pretty steep compared to what we are...
