"My daughter attends college in Fairmont, WV and this hotel is clean, the staff is polite, and it's become our place to stay when visiting. No complaints."

"Everything was excellent!"

"Absolutely horrible place to stay everything was damp and smelled like smoke and mold.. The sheets even felt dirty! Mold on everything making it very hard to even breathe."

"Very helpful staff. When the bed was not comfortable Rose transferred us to another room. It is older property but spotless and very homey atmosphere."

"This was not one of the better La Quinta hotel we've stayed in. The room was fine: however, we had to put up with close to three hours of people/children banging in the room above us. Advising the front desk on twice did not resolve the issue. I was going to mention this at check-out but the staff member was too busy on a personal phone call to even acknowledge my existence when I return the room keys. Overall not a good experience, will not use this hotel again."

"Room was clean and had plenty of tables/shelves for luggage, bathroom looked newly renovated and very clean, staff were kind and super helpful when I needed anything."

"Staff was okay. They did a fine job getting us checked in. Our room was kinda gross though. Stains on the top cover blanket, like obvious stains that weren’t easy to miss. One of the curtains in the room had gross stains on it and almost every towel in the room had dark dirty stains on them. Really disappointed, we were definitely deceived by the other reviews."

"The staff was very accommodating !"

"The room floor looked dirty and bathroom had what looked like dried clay in the corners. I asked for an extra towel and I had to return the dirty towels to get an extra one. I called the front desk 5 times with no answer. When I finally got ahold of the front desk, I asked if I could do a late check out because we had some time before the wedding we were going to. The lady at the front desk informs me she isn't authorized to do that and that only her manager can approve that and he is not...

"Room had smoke odor, when got inside, there were several flies, not small ones, big ones like the ones you find in trash or bad protein products. Several stink bugs. All horizontal superficies had dust, carpet wasn't vacuumed."

"It was ok"

"This place gets great reviews and it deserves it. It's a good place to stay and very good value."
